Nutritional Therapy for

Nutrition is one of the key elements to health and wellness. Insufficiencies, deficiencies and even excesses contribute to biochemical imbalances in the body. Our body has an innate ability to restore, regenerate and heal with the right types, amounts and timing of the necessary building blocks for foundational health. Nutritional therapy is a bio individual approach supporting nutrient dense foods, optimal digestion and metabolism, blood sugar regulation, mineral and fatty acid balances as well as adequate hydration. These all critically impact our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

As a certified oncology nutrition counselor, I am trained to do the deep dive needed to uncover your unique nutritional genomic signature, food intolerances and sensitivities, nutritional imbalances, toxin load and to clear and support detoxification pathways. We are what we eat, and I love educating people about why nutrients are so important for healing and preventing disease, improving mental, emotional and immune health as well as increasing vitality and health span. Proper nutrition aids in all bodily functions e.g. cardiac, neurologic hormonal function and more. One diet does not work for all people. Some foods may be “healthy” for some, but those same foods may cause dysregulation in others.
